I was with Sha & Kak Cin today at Mid Valley/Gardens. I haven't seen them in about 3 weeks, that means lotsa things to catchup. We had our lunch at Sushi King. Then masuk segala kedai yg ada sampai ada org tu sakit kaki. tula, nk vogue sgt. :D ahaha then Chatime setelah semua dh kehausan dan kepenatan. We talked about soooooooo many things. terlalu byk that I could not even recall, tp yg pasti, this might be the last time we hangout together like this in KL. sob sob.. :(

Well Sha is getting married next month (March 3rd) and she'll be staying in UK for good. I'm so happy for her and Rik. I wish you both all the happiness in the world. :) But it just made me realize that I wont be seeing her. So u must know that I talk to her about everything. Can u just imagine the thought of not seeing her, chatting with her via YM, our meet up at Chawan/Nirwana, karaoke session, and soooo many thingssss?? :( Ya, I'm emotional like that. Drama queen. I just couldnt stop thinking about it. Oh sedih coz she'll be living so far away, but soooo happy that she found her Mr. Right! That is more important. :)

Ahahaha ok2, Sha pun mesti geli2 je baca ni, sbb dia ni hati kental. But i know u love me and gonna miss me also kan?? hahahaha :D

And Kak Cin, don't u go back to Jakarta for good pulak. tu nanti jadi lain cerita... :P

October Babies 2011. Yeah it's pretty late. hehe :D January seems the right month to do it since everyone was so busy in November & December. And it is pretty hard to gather 9pax at a time bcoz everyone has their own commitment. Nevertheless, thank u so much to those who came by. So what did u guys do on new year's day? :)

My friend Wan, ajak pegi photoshoot to her friend's sister yg tgh buat project for UiTM (maybe her final project kot) hehe. And she is studying in UiTM Lendu ok! hahaha teringat la memori kat melaka pulak. :D and she told us the photos akan dipamerkan kat UiTM Lendu nanti somewhere in February. hehehe nway, so the concept is photoshoot for muslimah fashion. And the location dekat Taman Tasik Perdana. :) It was so easy working with Iylia, her hubby and her sister Aqilah. oh yes the blog mmg dh private bcoz of certain reason. But ramai yg suruh buat public balik. hmmm

Been thinking about it though. why do I need any alteration to any of my doings? I mean I've been writing what I want, and yes, I will keep on doing that. The main reason for me to start blogging is to share infos and details on certain topics. So do i really need to pay attention to my problem? Not really. Because personally the problem doesn't matter any more. Words were spoken, the truth finally revealed. That's all I need to know and understand. I am truly blessed. :)

So the decision has been made. The blog will be public again, somewhere in January 2012. I want to update posts on my trip to Korea & a bunch of beauty products.

I guess this is goodbye. I will see u lovelies in 2012. Happy New Year and may ALLAH S.W.T bless us always. :)

have you ever feel nothing? I mean, at some particular time, you just don't really understand your feelings. I'm not talking about specific feelings, it can be just about anything. Are you confused? Well I am too. I really don't know what is the purpose of this post, but what I know is that at this moment I am mad, upset, demotivated, sad, curious, about things that I myself are not sure what it is. I have so much to share but yet, so little to tell. Sometimes I don't understand what the hell is going on inside my head. Trying my very best to be the best in everything that I do, to be satisfied in what I have, but the truth is that I've always wanted more. Is it wrong for wanting more than what I have? Does that make me ungrateful? Is it true that less is more? I wanted this one thing so badly, but I can never seem to get it right. I don't know where to turn to. It's killing me inside, bit by bit. Maybe I will go insane just thinking about it. Yes life, I love you so much that I could never let you go.

I can't sleep. Been like this for almost 2 months. It's crazy, yes it is. Exhausting? Definitely. So I'm just gonna blab about anything that comes to mind.

These past weeks has been , well, full of surprises.. A lot of things happened, I mean A LOT. A summary should be great to sum everything up (I'm going by percentage *haha drama queen*)

30% - I wish that I could live through it over and over again. *happy*

25% - Means a lot to me because things are finally cleared up. *happy*

15% - Wishing that I will continue to be discipline, strong and focus. *hopeful*

10% - I don't know what to do with this thing. *confused*

20% - I wish that it would just disappear because honestly, I can't take it any more.SERIOUSLY. *annoyed*

I am praying for a better 2012. I do wish that everything will come together next year. My wishes? You want to know? Hmmmm the list is so damn long. I don't want to write them here, because it's best if I keep it to myself. But whatever it is, I am praying to Allah that 2012 will bring us joy and happiness. :)

I'm not talking about new year's resolutions, I'm talking about every day's resolutions. Get it? It doesn't have to be NEW YEAR, it can be at any time you want it to be. It's simpler and less complicated. Fulfil your dreams while you still have the time and cherish those moments when it comes.

HOLIDAY : Korea Pt. 1

Hellloooooooo everyone! :)

So I guess everyone figured it out where I've been last week since I've uploaded the photos in my FB. Hehe. Yeah I was in Korea for a family holiday (abah,mama, qypot & I) :)

So I'll be telling you all the details/tips whatever it is that comes to mind about Korea, from MY point of view, ok? But I'll be doing by stages because to include everything in one post is just too much. :)

Oh btw, we followed the Muslim tour group by Mayflower. The tour package is for 6 days 4 nites and the price is around RM3,500 ++. (inclusive of air ticket, accommodation, food & entrance fee for places of interests:) For any details and info, u can go to the agency urself . hehe

So our flight was at 1130pm on the 23rd, and we reached Incheon International Airport around 6am (local time). Korea cepat 1 jam dari time Malaysia. It was freaking cold, temperature was -3 !! oh myyyy.. freezing.... From the airport, straight naik bus and headed to a pier, kitorg nk naik ferry nk bg seagulls makan, tp seagulls nye mcm xde je. lol

Then trus to The National Folk Museum of Korea. Basically kat sini the history and how they live their life in the past. Lepas tu trus ke Gyeongbokgung Palace. The place for the king. But FYI, sekarang Korea dah xde raja, the highest now is the President. :)

Selepas itu, kitorg dh kebulur and we headed to Maharaja Restaurant at Itaewon, it's the place yg ada halal food and the only mosque in Seoul. Kat sini ade supermarket and bookstores.

oh please excuse tahap x senonoh itu.

Lepas solat, kitorg trus ke town for Nanta Show. Have u ever heard about the show? Diorg penah buat world tour last year and ada perform in KL. The show was great!! dIt's kinda like a theater, x bercakap, only the sound from cooking utensils + veggies + music. It was funny. hehe but we are not allowed to use camera/video, so x dpt la tangkap gamba pelakon2 nye. heeee

A few snapshots of Seoul...

Later on we went to Doota Mall in Dongdaemun (not sure of the spelling) to get souvenirs for our loved ones in Malaysia, and a bit of make-up shopping for me. Teeheee.. :D Lepas abis we had our dinner at Taj Palace (also in Itaewon) and that was all for the first day. :)

Rik or Adam (his Muslim name) at Bukit Baru, Melaka. :) I'm so happy for the both of u, and can't wait for March next year for the BIG day. :) and also the wedding of Yaya (Sha's sister) & Ezri. Assalamualaikum.

I haven't posted anything this month. Been busy with baking? YES absolutely. I am so thankful to Allah S.W.T for giving all these rezeki, as well as to my supportive family & friends, and my loyal customers. You guys mean a lot to me, no words can describe how much I appreciate your endless support. *BIG HUGS* :)

Ok, so today I want to talk about beauty.What do u know about beauty? how would u rate whether someone is beautiful or not? why would I want to talk about beauty? Well, this subject has been in my mind for quite sometime, i just haven't got the time to pour it out. :)

What is important to u? Inner or outer beauty? Honestly speaking, people would say that they will go for inner beauty, but is it true? betul ke org pentingkan kecantikan dalaman dari luaran?

For me, cantik dalaman lagi penting, because at the end of the day, how a person treat u & other people, itu yg patut diambil kira. Kalau muka cantik tapi perangai mcm dot dot dot, buat ape kan? :)

Tapi kecantikan luaran pun kene la jugak ambil perhatian. It's just not about want to look good for other people, tapi lebih untuk keselesaan diri dan utk self-confidence. Yang utama, jaga kebersihan diri. :) dan bile nak melawa tu, silalah berbelanja mengikut kemampuan sendiri. I know there are girls out there yg terpengaruh dgn fashion + beauty magazines. The urge to get/buy the items dlm magazines, just to look good and be up to date in fashion. Tak salah nak beli semua2 tu, tapi berpada2. :)

As for me, kalau dah cantik luar, alangkah baiknya kalau dalaman pun cantik. kan package tu. :)

I dah jadi opah ok!! hahahah dah ade 6 cucu saudara... oh my.. :D takpela, opah vogue + maintain cute forever! hahahah geli x baca? miahahahhaa :D

Kitorg discuss thru FB je pun and ade meeting among ajk. I jadi ajak cenderahati. hehehe :P yg penting utk gathering yg pertama ni, semuanya berjaya. alhamdulillah. It was such a happy day. :) Tgk je gamba le yeopppppp... ;)

How To :

1. Rebus daging + air + kiub tomyam sampai daging empuk.
2. Masuk bawang + serai + tomato + udang + cili padi (masak sekejap je ni), dlm 5 mins pastu tutup api.

DAH SIAP! senang je kan? hehe :D

2 hari je lagi utk puasa.. waaa... rase x betapa sekejapnye sebulan dh berlalu? rase sedih ramadan dh nk abis, will we be able to see ramadan again next year?

Nway, since raya is approaching, mesti semorg pun bz nak prepare all the necessities kan? My list hari tu pun x settle2 lagi... T_T

1. Baju Raya : Esk pagi baru bole collect. Uwaaaaaa! hopefully semua ngam, kalau x, nk kene alter lagi. kalau x siap mmg recycle aje la baju raya tahun ni...Boooooo

2. Kuih Raya : ok dh settle. Ade 6 jenis and all bunch of kerepek + muruku. Tapi nk beli bahulu la... my favourite cicah ngn teh panas! :D

3. Shopping Raya : Aaaaaahh... baru esok nk pegi beli ape2 yg patut. Will be going to Sunway Pyramid. :) Oh tapi shopping yg ala kadar sahaja ye.. *bole percaya ke?* bole2..... :D

4. Doorgift/ hampers utk family gathering dh settle. Phewwww... can't wait for the day.. :)

Sebenarnye dh x sabar nk raya. Tak tahu kenapa tahun ni feel nak raya sgt over. ahahhaah :D but the only thing that matters to me is to be with my beloved family, spending time with them, seeing my Opah ( she's 90yrs old already) , owh I can't wait! :)

Pagi td dpt tau yg kak long & kak ngah nak buke kat umah. So tergerakla hati ni nak buat dessert utk berbuka. Tetapi harusnye yg simple2 aje sbb gue capekkk.. heheh

So dgn xde idea nk masak ape, lepas beli brg2 utk buat biskut raya tghari td trus gi kedai gemuk (ni kedai runcit yg mmg selama2nye ade kt umah ni haaaaa). Tgk la ape yg ade kt kedai gemuk ni.... Rasa mcm nak buat puding, tp puding ape?? Pastu nmpk jagung dlm tin! hehehehe ape lagi, kite buat puding jagung la gamaknye! :P terus call mama and tanye ape nk beli kalau nk buat puding jagung ni....

So my darlings, kt bwh ni recipe puding jagung. Sila la cube kalau terase nk makan. hehe tp just to remind u, nanti bile nk kacau mixture tu, mcm susah sikit tau sbb likat, sbb ade custard dlm tu. Heeeeeee so exercise la tgn tu dulu sbb bile kacau x bole stop! ;)

PUDING JAGUNG

4 cawan santan (1/2 kelapa - perah dlm 3 kali)

1 cawan air
1 cawan tepung custard
½ cawan tepung gandum
1 tin jagung manis (425ml)
1 ½ senduk gula
Sedikit garam (sikit je, ujung2 sudu)

Cara :

1. Campur semua bahan-bahan.

2. Make sure tepung custard & tepung gandum tak berketul2. MAKE SURE sbb nanti berketul2 dlm periuk.

3. Letak atas api yg slow je.

4. The moment letak atas api, the mixture kene kacau CONTINUOSLY, jgn tinggalkan atas api unattended.

5. Kacau sampai likat. Sampai ade bubble. Sampai boiling la. *Mmg susah sikit nak kacau, sbb nanti mixture jadi likat mcm kacau dodol. hehe

kene likat mcm ni tau

6. Dlm 10 – 15mins mcm tu kacau.
7. Pastu angkat and tuang atas bekas yg sesuai. * Tuang and ratakan cepat2, kalau nak surface pudding smooth je. Yg I buat ni mmg menggerutu la sbb tembel sgt nk tuang.… hahahah

8. Simpan dlm fridge kalau mau makan sejuk2.

p/s : Mama ckp bile potong and pisau x melekat, maknenye pudding jagung anda tu mmg dh betul2 masak! ;)

Recipe : Banana & Nutella Pancakes

Ok recipe dh a few months back buat. Sedap sgt. and the best part, bole makan mcm tu je. hehe :)

BANANA & NUTELLA PANCAKES

Makes : 10 – 11 pcs

Ingredients :

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp white sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted) – kalau guna salted butter, xyh letak garam
1 banana
1 tbsp nutella

Method :
1. Mix tepung, baking powder, salt & sugar in a bowl.
2. In another bowl, mix kan egg, milk & melted butter.
3. Lenyek banana sampai hancur, pastu masukkan nutella. Kacau.
4. Masukkan egg mixture dalam mixture tepung td. Kacau (batter tu akan ade small lumps, so its ok). Then masukkan banana & nutella td.
5. Heat frying pan gune butter (sikit je, utk elak batter melekat kt pan)
6. Guna ladle utk scoop the batter(ikut nk besar mane pancake tu) and pour atas hot pan.
7. Bile tepi2 pancake tu ade bubbles kecik2, try terbalikkan, masak the other side. Each side will take around 2-3 minutes je.
8. Lepas dh siap, eat with maple syrup… Makan ngn ice cream pun sedappp! ;)

Resipi : Asam Pedas Daging

Bulan puasa ni baru la rajin nk ke dapur. hehe :P

Dapat resipi ni dari Sha, sbb penah makan kat umah dia kat Melaka. Perghhhhhhh! sedap gile mak dia masak. Masa tu mmg first time makan asam pedas daging. Kat umah mama mmg masak asam pedas ikan je. Tetibe semalam mama suruh mintak kat Sha resipi sbb dulu penah bwk balik KL. haha tak malu kan tapau.. hehe :P

So I just want to share the recipe ngn korg semua, sbb ade yg tanye recipe ni. hehe ni saya masak, bangga jap sbb abah makan. Sebab kalau abah makan tu maknenye sedap la tuuuuu... :)

Jom tgk resipi....

ASAM PEDAS DAGING/TETEL *sungguh geli nak sebut ni..huuu*

BAHAN-BAHAN:
5 biji bawang merah kecil
3 ulas bawang putih
2 cm halia
1 btg serai (layur kt atas api sekejap)
Cili kering (1 mangkuk - blend)
Daging (utk 6 org makan)
6 helai Daun limau
¼ mangkuk air asam jawa
1 sudu garam
Air (Air rebusan daging)

CARA :
1. Rebus daging dgn air (sbb nak bagi daging empuk, senang nk masak, xde le lama sgt)
2. Dh agak2 mcm nak empuk tu, ketepikan dulu.
3. Tumbuk bawang merah kecil + bawang putih sampai hancur
4. Halia & serai di titik ( korg smash ngn lesung batu sikit laaa.. bg die mcm pecah sikit, tp jgn le lumat abis)
5. Tumis bawang merah kecil + bawang putih + halia + serai sampai naik bau. Minyak biar byk sikit.
6. Masukkan cili kering yg dh blend td dlm kuali.
7. Masukkan air rebusan daging setengah cawan. Kacau sampai pecah minyak. Kuatkan api ye time ni.
8. Pastu masukkan balance air rebusan tadi + daun limau + daging. Biarkan liquid dlm kuali tu reduce.
9. Agak2 daging dh empuk, kecikkan api, pastu masukkan air asam jawa.
10. Kacau kejap, pastu masukkan garam. Rasa la asamnye cukup ke x, cukup rasa ke x.

P/S : kalau daging x empuk lagi, tambah air sikit ye..

This is me using Simplysiti 2 Way Cake Foundation in Light Beige. I usually use the shade of Natural beige, tp sebab yg ni Kak Ngah bagi free, gune je la.. But surprisingly, it does suit my skin. and mmg control my oily skin. Price not more than RM65. So what do u think? :D

I've been using the facial wash & scrub for 6 months now. And I am so happy with the result. My skin texture has improved so much, more radiant & less oily. You might not have the same outcome with me, but this product is very mild, I don't think it's gonna give u any hard time. :)

Bersarang dah blog ni. Almost 2 weeks x update. Bukannye xde cerite nk update, byk sgt. Tapi ntah, mmg xde mood sgt nk menulis. Is it a sign for me to stop blogging?

And also sbb bole kate kan yg everytime blk keje je, mesti baking. Kadang2 tu start baking at 9pm, dlm kul 12 tu bole terlelap sekejap then kul 430 am bgn sambung lagi. T___T ni betul2 dah jadi zombie ni. Mata makin lebam, eyebag makin menjadi2, haihh. APE PRODUK YG ELOK UTK MATA? PLEASE HELP ME!!! :(

Sekarang ni byk harga barang dah naik. As a baker, prices byk yg naik, for example, castor sugar (3kg used to be rm9.45 now dah rm10.35 - tmpt lain ade yg lagi mahaaaal..huhu), buttercup (250g used to be rm3.60 mcm tu dah jadi rm4.19/rm4.20 *but good news! beli buttercup kt HERO supermarket - rm3.99 only! kalau u r lucky, ade promotion the price is only rm3.49. hip hip hooray! :D). Dutch Lady Low Fat milk pun rm4.55 sekotak (fyi, kalau beli sekotak pun , 12 in a box, harga same gak, just darab 12). Maybe difference dlm beberapa sen, but to me, nak beli byk nk simpan stok....ohoho.

Sejak dah kerja sendiri, earning own money, baru tau mcmane susah nak hidup. Yela zaman belajar dulu semua abah yg bagi, and I x amek PTPTN. Looking back mase belajar degree kat Shah Alam, I can't believe how much I spent on shopping. T__T. Masa belajar dulu spend over RM100 for a very simple top pun x kesah. Even makan sekali rm50 pun x kesah. Dalam seminggu tu mesti pergi Pyramid/OU/Mid Valley, and confirm2 la balik tu mesti dapat habuan. And dalam sebulan tu kene beli at least 2 pairs of shoes. Owh those were the days....Thanx so much abah, coz the amount that u gave me sgt mencukupi (terlebih sebenarnye) but I never terpikir about savings. Boooooo.... Skrg ni dah keje, byk betul commitment. Bayar itu, bayar ini...oh duit..... :D

Ok, so tak tau la kalau info ni berguna atau tak pada org lain, but I buat ni semua mengikut kajian sendiri. ewahhhh. macam buat research ape je.. hahaha ni just utk dapatkan the better value for my hard earned money! ;) heheheh ok I try nak dapat kan mileage yg terbaik bila isi minyak. so I buat a research on 4 petrol stations kt msia ni. I isi RM30, and tgk brp kilometre bole pegi dgn minyak jenama tersebut. Kirenye, the moment fuel tank start blinking, terus g isi minyak rm30, and rotate la sampai abis semua petrol station yg nk cube. hahah FYI, I buat 3 kali untuk setiap petrol stations. Gigih x gigih? ahaha nk dekat 3-4 bulan jugakla baru dpt rough figure. But I think maybe bergantung juga pada the type of car that u used, brp lama dah pakai kete, and so on.

I'm driving a Myvi SE (bought in July 2009 - so now dah almost 2 years) and I'm using RON 95 which is now RM1.80 per litre. Isi Rm30 for each visit. 3 kali isi untuk 1 brand. Scroll down for the figures...

1) ESSO : 208 - 210km
2) PETRONAS : 210 - 212km
3) SHELL : 165 - 170 km
4) CALTEX : 194 - 199km

And the winner is Petronas! ehehe but I usually isi minyak at Esso coz I ade kad smiles tu, and the points bole redeem for fuel. 1000 points = RM15 fuel. Hehehe saya suke kumpul points. :D

Kat Caltex pun I isi jugak, sbb sgt dekat dgn umah saya, sbb kadang nk cepat, x sempat nk ke Esso... ;) kenape la Caltex xde card yg bole kumpul points...wuwuwu

Semua org kata Shell sgt save, tp dh try 3 kali pun mcm tu jugak...ehehe sbb I pakai kete msia je and minyak 95 kot? :D

So ni just my way, trying nk tgk mane yg lagi value for my money. mungkin cara ni salah, x bole kire mileage mcm ni. If u guys ade cara nak tau, please let me know ya. I'm so clueless pasal bende kete2 ni... :D

Single Ladies

In life, Allah akan berikan kita mcm2 dugaan. Dugaan tu boleh datang dalam pelbagai bentuk/cara.

Ada org yg selalu menghadapi masalah mengenai hal family. Mungkin hidup di dalam family yg kucar - kacir. Selalu ade pertelingkahan, and maybe parents yg divorce, adik beradik yg x ngam, adik beradik yg jealous gile2 antara satu sama lain, parents yg suke lebih2kan sorg anak dlm semua anak2nya, etc. Ada juge org yg selalu hadapi dugaan susah nk dapat kerja, dugaan dalam persahabatan, eyh, nk ckp pasal dugaan tu mmg bykla, sbb kalau xde dugaan, bukan la hidup nama nye, betul kan?

Mungkin ada yg x setuju dgn dgn apa yg nk ditulis ni, but this is just my point of view, so jgnla ade yg marah2 pulak ye? :)

Mana2 org pun, kalau diberi pilihan, mestila nk hidup berdua/kahwin semua tu. Siapa xnk kawen kan? Cuma jodoh tu di tangan Allah, dan jodoh kite tu akan sampai pada masanya, InsyaAllah, dgn berkat usaha juge ye.

To me being single is great! These are some of the reasons kenapa single tu best:

1) xde bf nk control kluar ngn sape, beli ape (aku mmg cukup x paham BF/tunang yg bole nk jeles sbb si GF/tunang nk kluar dgn family members. x ke crap tu?
2) You can have all the ME time in the world! best kot
3) X pyh nk report2 kt BF pegi sane sini. Penat je. save phone bill. LOL! :P
4) The risk of rase bengang/geram/sakit jiwa kalau BF x angkat call/gaduh/semua2 tu laaaaa

Ni sikit je, byk lagi, tp byk sgt la pulak nk type semua.. :P

Tapi bile single ni paham2la, ade mase2 akan rase lonely, esp when u see couples around you, and married couples with babies, lagi buat hati terusik. aahhh touching pulak...

Being in a relationship is fantastic, when u found the one that understands u, accept ur flaws, encourage you,be there for u when u need them the most, cheer u up when u r feeling down, advice u when u have problems, and just simply making sure that u r fine and ok. :)

To all the ladies yg masih single, enjoy the singlehood while u can. Tak payahla pikir sgt pasal lelaki, coz one day, InsyaAllah, dia akan muncul tanpa kite sedar. Seriously, kadang2 jodoh tu dpn mata kite je, kite yg x nmpk. Tak perlula setiap saat ur tweets/fb status nak shout out pasal lelaki, pasal relationship, pasal heartbroken with ur ex, i mean everything is about guys! Come on girl, u r better than that! Lagi satu, bile tgh single, status semua nk emo, psl laki tu laki ni, tp bile dh ade bf, ya ampun, status tu mmg la nk tag bf aje kan. hmmmm kelakarla org mcm ni. Bila seorg perempuan expose her feelings publicly mcm tu, everybody else akan assume this and that about u. Yeah, it's ur fb/twitter, u can write anything u want, tapi mahukan anda dikatakan sbg seorg yg desperate? Ini cuma teguran sahaja, mahu terima atau tidak, terpulang pada hati. :)

Bile single, komplen, bile couple, komplen, bile dh tunang, komplen, bile dh kawen, komplen, bile dh ade anak pun komplen jugak.Being single/in relationship/engaged/married have its own pros & cons. Jadi pandai2 la nak adapt diri masing2 dalam situation. :)

Wahab Cendol, Wangsa Maju

ok, so Wahab Cendol ni mmg agak famous la, sbb dh masuk jalan2 cari makan and ramai jugakla yg tau. This is my 2nd time makan kat sini. (Just now, baru balik)

Yg 1st dulu my overall conclusion:

1. Rojak dia besar (x igt yg mane sbb byk sgt). yg ni ade udang, ayam, eyy byk la, mmg mkn 3 org pun bole. tapi to me, kuah dia manis and x brp nk kene ngn tekak ku. huuu

2. Mee goreng dia sedap and pedas. and portion besar. i makan kongsi pun bole. :)

3. Cendol byk sgt choice sampai confuse. tapi rasenye same je mcm cendol lain.

Now this is what happened on my 2nd visit to this place :

1, Order maggi goreng. Perencah die dh ok, tapi masam la yg amat., ni mesti sbb die letak tomato byk sgt. i ate around 7/8 kali suap je. x bole nk abis sbb masam sgt.

2.order cendol + kacang merah + jagung + pulut. Kacang merah pahit and keras. potong betul. nasib pulut lembut.

3. Order Teh 'O' Ais Limau dia bagi Teh 'O' Ais. Pastu korg penah x minum air (yg berais la), surface dia mcm berminyak? mcm ada minyak yg terapung kat permukaan air korang? is it bcoz of the ice, or gelas tu x cuci ngn betul? eee.. aku pun minum x perasan, nasib Sha yg tegur. hohoho tp baru minum sikit je. Suruh la budak tu tukar yg lain. Dapat air yg baru, manis gile la pulakkkkkkk! alahaiiiiii mmg potong betul la.......

Ok kesimpulannya, saya hanya akan dtg sini kalau org yg ajak. hehe :P but remember this, ini ape yg dh jadi kt saya, and only my own review of the food kat sini. Selera org x sama, mesti ramai jugak yg suka wahab cendol ni sbb penuh je kedai. Maybe the way of cooking does not suit my taste, mungkin anda suke. Jangan marah ye peminat2 Wahab Cendol! :)

I never really expose the guy whom I'm in a relationship with. It has nothing to do with being afraid of what people might think about him. It is more about the feeling of insecure (i'm talking about myself btw). But it never stopped me from believing in love. hehehehe :D

Being in and out of relationships for these past 9 yrs has made me what I am today. I never regret for everything that happened, there's always explanation and reasons. As a human being, I accept everything that comes my way, REDHA, that is.

macarons penyek

last friday try buat macarons. walaupun x minat nk makan, try jugakla sbb ramai sgt yg tanye x buat ke macarons ni. huhu nak buat macarons ni sgt byk step. kalau korg tak pecaye, pegi la google any macaron recipes, then u know what i mean. confirm korg mengeluh. CONFIRM! :D Ramai bakers yg tak succeed bile try buat macarons for the first time. ade yg sampai berbelas kali try, baru dpt the perfect round shape and the perfect taste. Nak buat kene ade the right ingredients and the right tools. wahhh mahal punye barang! sbb tu la macarons ni dijual dgn harga yg tinggi sbb payah nak buat oi....hehe.

So i've collected several recipes utk dicuba, tetapi nk buat tu ntah bile la kan. huuu hari tu pegi to my supplier, dia bgtau ade macaron mix yg perlu campur ngn air je. Haaaaaa! biar betul??? senang la tu kalau campur air je.... :P so i bought a pack of the macaron mix coz i want to try. :D TETAPI, hasilnye mmg le x cantik, merekah, shape mmg out, rasenye ade seketul je yg betul2 bulat, tapi leper.. T_T huhuhu tgk la gamba2 kt bwh ni to get a better picture..hoooooo

1) add the macaron mix with 50g of water. and i add pink colouring (of coz la pink...duhhh :P)

2) Using a piping bag and round nozzle, pipe out into round shapes. but as u can see above, my round shape dh jadi mcm shape ape dah. huuu..

p/s : kene gune parchment paper or SILPAT (i think) to get a beautiful bottom. SILPAT is way better than parchment paper. (mengikut experience bakers yg lain)

3) The oven temparature is 150 degrees (as instructed on the packaging). Baked around 20 - 30 mins. but it turn out a bit uncooked. so i guess the temperature bole naikkan sikit.

selepas dibakar. Penyek and merekah. urghhh

ni yg dh siap. i used cream & mascarpone cheese for the filling sbb ade extra buat topping for red velvet cake. hehe :P kalau x nak buat chocolate espresso filling. *yums* :)

ini je la yg paling ade rupe macaron. hahahahhaah :P

I brought the macarons to office smlm mase preloved sale tu. semua ckp sedap. huhu rupe je la yg x seberapa. hahahha mama pun ckp sedap. licin wey, satu pun xde yg tinggal. muahahahah so should i try baking these macarons again? ;)

MACARON or MACAROON? dua2 spelling ni exist because it's a 2 different thing. i know ramai yg salah spell/pronounce, bcoz some people just assume they are just the same. i used to get it wrong, but mula tersedar diri coz bile tgk buku recipe with MACAROON, mmg rupenye mmg totally different dgn ape yg penah tgk before. So please scroll down utk dapatkan info yg sebenar.

* saya muntah 4 kali before snorkelling, and 3 kali selepas snorkelling. it was such a baaaadddd experience. painful. :( ombak kuat and i felt mcm nk pengsan sudah. no more snorkelling kt tgh2 laut. kalau yg kt tepi2 tu ok. ahahah :P

Lepas snorkelling, ptg tu explore pulau...heheehe

ni kitorg pegi resort yg blkg redang kalong resort. ahahah ala2 jungle trekking la jugak..ahahahh

owh hantu kak limah dah xde ye adik2, sbb rambut yg panjang mengerbang itu sudah dipotong. skang rambut sgt kemas dan rapi. bole jadi model rambut. ececeh.. :D

btw, masa nak potong rambut td, cube salon baru kat area rumah. saje nk try, nak tgk service mcmane. aku pantang la tuan kedai/pekerja ni yg suke push beli brg and buat treatment yg berbagai. aku ni dh la senang terpengaruh. haihhhh.. ckp sekali sudah la, ni dr aku duduk kat kerusi tu, pegi basuh, blow, potong, sampai nk bayar pun x abis2 nak promote. aduh letihhhh....

mase dia ckp tu, die ade tanye nk buat hair treatment x, aku ckpla, xpe, potong je, next time le aku dtg (huhu i don't think so!). pastu die ade ckp lg la psl treatment, aku dh malas nk layan, so aku senyap je la. rupe2nye, die ade gune syampu treatment utk kulit kepala aku yg koring kontang ni haaaaa. Actually price utk wash + blow + cut = RM38, tup tap tup tap aku kene byr RM46 (extra RM8) sbb dia ckp ade gune syampu utk treatment. aku terkejut la jgk, coz aku x perasan pun org tu tanye nk pakai syampu utk treatment ke x. tp aku byr je la sbb malas nk kecoh. Eventho 8ringgit je, it's still money ok! Sungguh x baik diorg buat mcm tu pada customer. Senyap2 gune product pastu charge customer. haihhhh

patah hati bile x dpt jogging petang tadi, sbb hujan dr ptg, ni still hujan lagi. Ini kerana mood nk berjogging itu hanya datang once in a blue moon, jd lepas ni xtau la bile mood tu nk jenguk balik.... booooo bna booooo

then ptg td buat new cupcake recipe for mother's day, which turned out to be, well in my term, i will never serve that to my customers. But i hv to use the cupcakes for photo purposes je la sbb nak update promotion cupcakes for mother's day yg sgt la terlebih dateline.. T__T

Ha, ni pulak baru lps buat new recipe for the frosting of the cupcake, haaaaa! tak jadi la pulakkk! T___T nangis lagiiiii.... sedih betul. stress betul the whole day. omaigaddddd!

Hari ni nak kongsi pasal satu produk, yg di 'introduce' oleh my good friend, Ekin. Cerita pasal Cocoa Collagen Power Plus (CCPP) timbul sbb sy nmpk kotak ni atas meja kt umh Ekin. I've heard about CCPP ni, tp x penahla interested nk cuba.

Masa borak2 ngn Ekin, dia ckp la minum ni bole bg tenaga, bile minum before breakfast, perut x rase lapar sgt sampai ptg. And elok utk kulit, pelawasan juga elok to those yg nk jaga/maintain berat badan. Sekotak = 10 sachets = RM16 je. hehe murah je kot. :D so trus la order 1 box from her. Ikut hati nk beli je stok sebulan, tp sabar la dulu, kite try utk 10 days dulu.

Ok, so skang dah 5 hari I minum CCPP ni, and the results so far :

1. Memang bertenaga bile buat keje. U feel like u want to keep on going je, xde keje pun, mesti kene godek2 cari keje. Xleh duk diam. i love this part, coz byk bende tertangguh yg bole settle. :D

2. Tak tau la nk perasan ke ape, tp complexion nampak mcm makin ok, meaning bile tgk cermin tu rase mcm tetiba cantik. *ahahahhahaha* :P maksudnye, skin conditions tu mcm makin ok la. ;)

3. Minum before breakfast mmg sgt ok! coz lps u breakfast (kalau mkn roti je, dlm pukul 1-3 baru rasa lapar). kalau breakfast makan (mihun/mee - mknan yg berat sikit la, dlm kul 4-6pm tu baru la rasa lapar) And yg plg best, rasa lapar tu, bukan la rasa lapar yg gile2, so u can control ur food intake. how good is that?

Ni i baru minum 5 hari, tunggu sampai hari ke-10, nanti i update lagi ok? ;)

The photos below was taken a few weeks back. Kak Ngah + Abg Syamsul and Kak Yanie pegi Ipoh sbb ade kerja. And they took the opportunity to go to Memory Lane or also known as Loken Ipoh. Loken Ipoh ni tmpt jual brg2 lama and antik. kepada peminat brg2 lama ni, mmg menangis la korg tgk. huhu Kampung saya mmg kat Ipoh, kat Sg. Rokam tu ha, tp sedihnye, sekali pun x penah pegi. huhu.T___T

Memory lane ni bukak dr 730pagi - 1.00tgh on SUNDAY only ye. so kalau nak pegi, sila bgn awal and bwk duit byk sikit. :P sbb bile dh sampai sane, ade bende yg korg nak, tp x cukup duit, x ke sedih? hehe ingat, barang ni brg lame tau, so susah la kot nk cari yg lain.

Kak Ngah beli luggage bag yg sgt cool and ade jugak tin biscuits. owh, tgk yg tu pun bole jd geram! hehe mase hari yg Kak Ngah bawak hasil tangkapan dia kt Loken tu, I went to work wearing a Vintage dress. What a coincidence kan? So QD, one of the designer kt ofis, took several pictures of the luggage with *ehem ehem* yours truly. :P muahahhaha i love vintage dress!! :)

So the journey started around 730am on the 25th Feb(Friday). Sha volunteered (hehe) to drive, Cintia and I duduk goyang kaki aja.hihi We were already on the hiway around 830am. Stopped over at Sg. Buloh Jejantas Restaurant for breakfast, and reached Bidor exit at 11++. We reached Lumut Jetty at 12.30++ coz we kinda lost our way from Bidor to the Jetty. hehe :P

Before getting on the ferry, we had lunch first coz udah kebulur. :P Then headed straight to the ticket counter to buy the ferry ticket. We bought the ferry tickets for RM10 per pax (return). There's a list of the arrival/departure time for the ferries, but bare in mind, they will wait for the ferry is full, then baru gerak.huhu we waited for almost an hour in the ferry. huhu T___T.

We reached the hotel around 330pm. Oh btw, we stayed at Coral Bay Resort. The hotel is ok, not bad. They charge by per per person, not per room. Since it's only the 3 of us, we have to pay RM215 per pax. It is inclusive of 2 breakfast, 2 lunch, and 2 dinner. Lunch and dinner is super yummy bcoz the seafood and fruits are super fresh + masakan dia mmg tip top. makan sampai pinggan licin ok! :)

Nway, we checked in the hotel first, rehat for about 1-2 hours. around 530pm we headed to the beach near our hotel. Pantai kat sini sunyi sikit, xde org sgt. If u guys nk dtg sini, better cari chalets/rooms at Teluk Nipah, roughly 10mins from Coral Bay. The beach lagi best! ;)

Malam tu kitorg just dinner, and jalan kat luar sekejap. Nothing much to see, lagipun kitorg mcm penat, so blk hotel tdo..Zzzzzz tapi sempat amek gamba jugak. hihihi

On Saturday pulak, after lunch, kitorg mule2 ingat nk rent bicycle nk pusing2 town (konon je!). Tapi x jadi sbb town jauh jugakla, bole pengsan kalau nk cycle.muahahahah :P so kitorg naik van (yg warna pink) utk pusing2 the whole pulau. Ala-ala mcm tourist guide la. Satu van RM60.00. Tak sure if die charge per head or ikut van. Pakcik tu bawakla kitorg pusing satu pulau. not bad. :) tapi kalau korg nk sewa motor pun ade jugak. hehe tapi please b careful ya, coz mase on the way balik, ade budak jatu motor dpn mata je.huhu ngeri. nasib budak tu xde pape. huuuu

Btw, just nk inform, the food cafes/restaurants yg area Teluk Nipah tu quite expensive. And paling terkejut, ade satu kedai ni ade 2 menu. satu utk org2 malaysia, and lagi satu utk tourists. Mmg kene mcm tu ke? huhu

Third day (Sunday), kitorg gerak balik.

Masa sampai Jeti Lumut, I bought some souvenirs for my family, and I spent around RM100++. And parking bertingkat kat Jeti Lumut tu RM19.60 for 3 days. If total up semua, I spent around RM400-450 for everything. ok kan? :)

I had so much fun with Sha and Cintia. I love u gurls! xoxo :) I really need a holiday and this trip is just what I need. :) So where is our next destination? ;)
